Subject:  Removal of Murderous Government of Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawadi

       P.A.D., Thailand has unified on Monday, October 6, 2551 regarding the Constitution of 2550 Article63.It was agreed to expand the meeting area for the protesters before marching on to parliament to peaceably protect the puppet government of PM. Somchai Wongsawadi in order to stop unfair behavior and mismanagement of the Thai government and the rewriting of the constitution to favor his party. Also, the Pm.Somchai is trying to eliminate the royal approval of Thai laws which is now requires by the constitution and eventually eliminate the royal family completely.
       Early on the morning of Tuesday, October 7, 2551 until late that night, the police under the direction of the puppet government received orders to attack the peaceable demonstrators. The police fired into the demonstrators causing the loss of lives, limbs, and eyesight. The police also attack with Molotov cocktail fire bombs. Many of the demonstrators were elderly, women and youths, Over 440 demonstrators were injured and two killed.

      The P.A.D. leaders agreed that:

    1. Pm. Somchai Wongsawadi ordered the evil and inhumane attack. First to allow the PM Somchai and his group to enter parliament to announce his new political policy and then upon leaving parliament additional vicious attracts were order. Deputy Chief of Police Matee Chatmontri, who had joined with the demonstrators, was killed by his own officers. Later that evening Miss Aungsana Radubpunyavutti was killed by the police as they followed demonstrators 100 meters away from the police station. This government has acted above the law even before announcing its new policies. Election cheating by vote buying has been rampant and opposition parties have been intimidated to stay out of parliament. The PM. Somchai’s announcement is over our tears, our blood, and the lives of innocent people. Since this murderous PM. Somchai Wongsawadi, refuses to follow the constitution, the rules, the customs, of Thailand, the people in effect have no legitiment government for our country. We will continue our protests until all the criminal politicians who have mis-managed our country have been removed by legal means and punished under the law.

    2. We need to bring to justice those polices who overstepped their authority and use violent means;club,tears gas, on peaceable demonstrators who were trying to protect their King, constitution,country,and religion. Police even stopped the Blue Cross ambulances, sent by the Queen, from helping the injured. The media were told that all injures were either accidental or self- inflicted by the demonstrators. These police need to be brought to justice.

   3. We thank our Queen for her Aid, for sending ambulances and for money to help the injured victims P.A.D. will continue to support our Queen. Long live the Queen.

   4. We would like to thank all of those who came to demonstrate against our corrupt government. We wish to especially thank those who sustained regrettable injures while helping improve our country. We would like to say farewell to those killed and hope their names will be added to our history book “Hero" in the future. We consider you all part of our P.A.D. family and will support you forever.

   5. We blame General Anupong Paujinda for choosing to support the murderous PM. Somchai Wongsawadi, and the maniac police officers. After the deaths and injures the General smiles face told the PM.Somchai, he would send General Sonthi and troops to help the police. The general is refusing to follow the constitution 2550, Article 77, which states he should protect the country, the religion, and the King.

We need to continue working against the murderous government and the maniac police.

The Thai people need to be liberated from out present evil government as soon as possible.
